Dunes Village Resort features some of the best amenities on the oceanfront including indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, pool slides, kids splash zone, fitness center, volleyball court, playground, serenity spa, and on-site dining at the Admirals Room, Captains Cafe, Perk’s Up Coffee Shop, and their seasonal cabana tiki bar and poolside grill. Oversized bedroom with two queen beds, a flat screen tv and plenty of closet space. Full bathroom features a single sink bowl granite vanity and tub/shower combo with ceramic tile accent. Off the hallway/foyer there is a laundry/utility closet with a stackable washer & dryer. Large kitchen overlooks the main living area and features granite countertops, upgraded 42' cabinets, a full set of appliances, breakfast bar and dining area. There is also a hidden full size wall bed. Spacious living room gets lots of natural light from the back sliding door and has a sleeper sofa, flat screen tv, and unbeatable views of the oceanfront even before stepping out onto the private balcony!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
